Josef B. Hess was born in New York City. He received his undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University and thereafter received his Juris Doctorate at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned Deans List Honors and Pro Bono Honors.

Josef is a compassionate person who takes the time to sit and listen to his client’s concerns and goals for their case. He will always be honest and will keep his clients informed during the entire process. He understands that each client’s case is unique yet equally important and will always work efficiently and effectively to obtain the best results for each of his clients.
Josef is very active in the community and is a member of the Florida Family Law American Inn of Court as well as the E. Robert Williams American Inn of Court as well as an integral part of his family’s non for profit organization that has brought programs to the Ronald McDonald House and others for over fifteen years.
Outside of the office, Josef likes to spend his time with family and friends, plays semi-professional soccer, rowing and enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time on the beach.
